Modular Bridge Mark 1: Highways Agency, A453 Widening reducing abutment construction from four weeks to three days, with a 25% labour reduction per bridge, 25% programme reduction per bridge and a six-month overall programme saving

2014
Modular Bridge Mark 2: Stafford Alliance, Network Rail, Stafford Area Improvement providing a bridge in a week with a 40% labour reduction per bridge and 40% programme reduction per bridge

2015
Expanded trialled our modular abutment

2016
Modular Bridge Mark 3: East West Rail, Network Rail delivering a bridge in five days with 40% labour reduction per bridge, 50% programme reduction per bridge and further developed product set

2017
Modular Bridge Mark 4: HS2 Enabling works, delivering a bridge in two days with a 50% labour reduction per bridge, 70% programme reduction per bridge and further developed product set

2019
Flexible abutment trial

2021
Shepperton Studios South, delivery of a precast bridge over the River Ash. We also managed the flood rick activity permit approval process with the EA.

2023
Modular Bridge Mark 5: M25 J10 Improvement, Balfour Beatty, installing bridges during scheduled weekend daytime closures, regularly reopening the road up to eight hours early.

2025 onwards
Next generation of modular bridges, including a product-led approach to design using valuable, reusable digital assets, pre-engineered components selected based on engineering-driven decisions, automation of routine processes – design, manufacture and construct, super-fast generation of design outputs and production information, design informed by cost, rather than just costing design, confidence in price and programme and enablement of effective lifecycle quality management
