First piling contract undertaken. First bored pile installed in the UK.

Formation: The Expanded Piling Company Limited
1990
Sold to A Monk (Davy Corporation)
1991
Expanded Piling were taken over by Trafalgar House In October Expanded Piling were sold to Tarmac.
1999
Expanded Piling continued trading under Carillion
2003
Expanded Piling were sold to Laing O’Rourke
2025
Expanded Piling celebrate 200 years of Engineered Foundations
