At Expanded Piling, we have the capability to construct piles up to 2.4m diameter and to depths in excess of 60m – the biggest and deepest piles constructed within the UK market.

Throughout our history we have used this technique in various applications including with the use of support fluid and with plunge columns to enable top down basement constructions.

We are recognised as being market leading, using this technique to form secant piled walls for deep basements and have extensive experience on major infrastructure projects of this. Our expert knowledge allows us to maintain interlock for secant piled walls up to 24m in depth

We have an extensive Rotary Bored fleet, with rigs suited to a variety of environments.

We are committed to minimising the impact of emissions throughout our operations.  All rigs within our fleet meet the current tier IV standards, whilst the majority of our rigs meet the proposed tier V standards
