This project features innovative construction techniques and special detailing. Notably, Building C utilises precast concrete conversion, transforming insitu designs into precast twinwall and lattice slabs for aesthetic and structural excellence. This includes meticulous panelisation and bespoke shutters ensuring a superior finish. The black concrete stairs, a visual centrepiece, are acid etched and polished, showcasing basalt aggregate. Building D employs efficient precast twinwall cores and columns, contributing to significant programme savings. The basement construction utilises enhanced secant piles to eliminate temporary propping, supporting bulk excavation. Precast cladding solutions incorporate Lytag concrete to manage dead loads, achieving architectural intent while reducing scaffold use. These innovations deliver a visually and structurally outstanding project.
