The project featured two main structures: the Warehouse (a performance space), and the Hall (a 1,600-seat auditorium). Key construction activities included the installation of 13, 22m-long, 100t trusses to ensure a pillar-free space within the Warehouse, and the use of 3,500t of structural steelwork. The façade was constructed using 1,500 high-quality precast concrete panels installed at nine geometric planes. Additionally, the project integrated social value initiatives, significantly benefiting the local community through job creation and local spending.
