Phase One involved constructing a 68-storey residential tower in Canary Wharf, London, followed by Phase Two with 56 storeys. The basements were built using a top-down sequence for efficient core construction. An optimised jumpform system was employed for the cores, supported by post-tensioned slabs and high-strength columns. The project marked a significant milestone with the final 1,200m3 raft slab pour, overcoming logistical challenges. Precast components improved efficiency, safety, and quality, reducing onsite labour. Our expertise ensured timely sectional completions, contributing to 631 luxury apartments, retail spaces, and enhanced public amenities.
