We delivered Everton FC's new stadium at Bramley Moore Dock, overcoming the challenge of constructing over water by infilling the dock with sand. Key preparatory works included repairing heritage structures and clearing debris. The project featured extensive concrete construction, with Expanded Piling installing 2,776 piles to support the substructure. Our in-house manufacturing team, CEMC, developed and installed 5,059 bespoke precast concrete components, including 564 twin walls, 651 columns, and 3,844 lattice planks. Additionally, 731 facade panels and 240 brick coping panels were produced, integrating c.520,000 half-brick components in a design reflecting the maritime surroundings. Award-winning digital innovations enhanced project delivery, with coordinated digital models replacing traditional drawings. The stadium was completed ahead of schedule, supporting Everton's fit-out works.
