Whiteleys Development 

Redevelopment of the Whiteley Grade II listed department store in Bayswater, transforming Queensway, bringing new shops, restaurants, and residences amongst other benefits. This huge restoration project includes construction of a deep three-level basement and a ten-storey superstructure mixed residential/retail space set behind retained and refurbished Grade II listed facades. There was an extensive steelwork package (5,500t), while the three-storey deep (22m) top-down basement excavated 238,000m³ of material. We also installed 15,000t of reinforcement and 80,000m³ concrete.
