At Nine Elms Square, Phase 1, we delivered enabling works including piling and excavation, overcoming site constraints near Wandsworth Road. We implemented innovative health and safety measures, such as pedestrian walkway islands, and completed eight weeks early. Sustainable practices were applied by reusing sandy ballast for another site. For Phase 2, we carried out enabling works for the Nine Elms N6 Building, addressing challenges like the proximity to a Victorian sewer and gas main deflection criteria. Close collaboration with contractors and consultants ensured compliance and successful handovers. Our coordination maintained project momentum despite client changes, leading to additional contracts for piling and earthworks. Both phases demonstrated our expertise in managing complex urban construction environments efficiently and sustainably.
